I had a pleasant stay overall, with the highlight being the huge rooms featuring amazing views of the Nile. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though I was initially placed in a smoking room before being graciously upgraded to a suite. On the downside, I found the breakfast situation a bit misleading and there were issues with cleanliness that need addressing.
